Terms of use
Dùng Gì is an information site about software, digital tools and AI. This page says what you get when you use the site, and what we do not promise.
It describes how the website works, written by the person running the site, not a legal document drafted by a lawyer. The parts that need a lawyer are listed at the end of the page instead of being filled in for the sake of completeness.
What Dùng Gì is
- Dùng Gì brings together guides, news, prices and comparisons of software and digital tools. We do not sell any software or service: when you buy, you deal directly with that vendor or store, under their terms.
- The content is information for reference, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Content and accuracy
- Articles are compiled from vendors' official pages, the press and communities, with the sources listed at the end. Part of the content is drafted with AI assistance and then checked through the site's process.
- Prices on the site are for reference, with the date they were checked. Vendors can change prices, plans and terms at any time, so check the vendor's page before you pay.
- AI-generated illustrations and code-built interface mock-ups are labelled under the image.
- If you see something wrong, tell us through the contact page. We fix it once we can verify it.
Partner links
Some links to vendors are partner links: Dùng Gì may earn a commission when you buy through them, and the price you pay stays the same. Articles and programme pages carry a disclosure next to partner links. Commissions do not decide what an article says.
The AI assistant
- You can ask up to 10 questions a day without signing in, and 20 a day when signed in with Google.
- Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete; products and prices come from stores' catalogues at the time you ask. Do not use it in place of an expert's opinion.
- Do not use the assistant to send unlawful content or spam, or to deliberately break the system. When we see abuse, we may block access.
Accounts
Accounts are optional and use Google sign-in only. You can delete your saved conversations yourself; to delete your account, email us.
Reusing content
You may quote short passages and share links to articles, crediting Dùng Gì. Please do not copy whole articles elsewhere. Vendors' names, logos and content belong to those vendors.
Videos on Dùng Gì's channels
Dùng Gì's short videos on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook use AI-generated voice and illustrations, noted in the description; facts come from the sources listed there.
When these terms change
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the bottom.

What is not finished yet
This page states the current situation, so some parts are still open. They are named here instead of being filled in with boilerplate:
- a postal address for the person responsible (the operator's name is on the About page);
- governing law, limitation of liability and how disputes are resolved. We do not write those sentences ourselves: they need a lawyer's confirmation before they are published.
