Costing less doesn't make it the better fit: the two plans differ in features and limits — check each product's page before you choose.
How it's calculated
- Only two products in the same category are compared: the total cost of two tools that do different jobs answers no real question.
- Prices are the plan's checked list prices (never promotional ones), shown with their source, check date and tax label exactly as the source publishes them. “Billing” only offers the options the plan is actually sold with; when a plan sells both monthly and annual, annual is preselected.
- When a vendor quotes “X per user per month, billed annually”, the site stores the annual price as X × 12 — what you actually pay once a year.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance each period: monthly means 12 payments a year, annual means one. One-off purchases are paid once, without maintenance fees in later years.
- Per-user or per-device prices are multiplied by the number of users. Whole-company plans: the plan price, plus users above the plan's included users at the extra-user price. Extra branches and add-on services (training, setup) aren't included — use the cost calculator for those.
- No currency conversion, no adding or removing VAT, no inflation or volume discounts. If the two sides use different currencies or tax labels, the page shows each side's total but draws no conclusion about which costs less.
